He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Warren of Lapeer; and his son Gary King. He is survived by: his daughter Vickie Huss (William) of Montrose; and his grandchildren, Richard King (Michelle), Kyle King (Beth), Todd King (Ann), Chris Huss and Amy Huss. He is also survived by seven great–grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hunters Creek Community Church.
