She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Dalrymple and Betty Dalrymple (Summers); and her siblings, Jerry and Toni. She is survived by: her husband David; and her sons, Todd (Jennifer) and Steve (Abby). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
