He is survived by: his wife Pamela St; his son Jonathan Bostwick; and his sisters, Cara Knapp of Yuma, Bonnie Bostwick of Yuma, Cherie McCarthy of Iron River and Michelle Jarvi of Crystal Falls. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
