He is survived by: his children, Debra Sue Syck (Allen) of Atlanta, Susan Ellen Dussia of Lincoln Park, Robert Thomas Syck of Traverse City, William Nelson Syck of Atlanta and Justin Ray Syck (Lisa) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, William, Levi, Josh, Chris, Tracy, Jedd, Cameo and Tiffany; and his siblings, Joe Syck of Ohio and Lyvone Slate of Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
