He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn White (David); his uncles, Kent and Paul; his wife Betty; his children, Allyson and Frank; his grandmother Eleanor White; and his sisters, Angel Radick and Kristen MacLoed Torres (Matt).

He is survived by: his father Mark Krzyszton (Thelma).
