He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Collins and Ellen Collins (Melton); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Collins (Cornell) of Atlanta; his children, Jennifer Collins of Detroit, Stephanie Schultze (Jeff) of Roseville, Brittany Friske (Trever) of Indian River, Nickolas Gross of Atlanta and Chad Collins of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Desirae, Zackery, Olivia, Charlotte, Jeffery, Adelyn, Elliott, Kollyns, Isabelle, Paisley, Evangeline, Lucas, Wyatt and Axel; and his sister Cynthia Kincer (Ben) of Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
