He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Harnish and Freda Harnish (Paradine); his wife Jean Harnish; his sons, William Jr. and Timothy Harnish; and his brother Timothy Harnish.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Harnish (Charlie), Wendy Craun (James), Amber Jones and Stacy Harnish; and his siblings, Joyce Erskine (Robert) and Ron Harnish (Bonnie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
