Sharon Carpenter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Carpenter of Athens, Michigan, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Carpenter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond A. Wank and Betty Jean Wank (Bailey); her brother Terry Wank; and her great grandchild Dane Philip Carpenter. She is survived by: her sons, David Carpenter (Julie) of Leonidas, Airborne and Desert Shield; her husband Philip L. Carpenter of Athens; her daughter Dr. Anita Riddle (Chip) of Union City; her grandchildren, Katherine Brodock of Sherwood, Michelle Riddle of Ardmore, TN, Jenny Faulk (Jeff) of Climax, Steven Carpenter (Katelyn) of Athens, Mindee Lawrence of Fulton, Lucas Carpenter of Leonidas, Emmett Carpenter of Leonidas and Sarah Carpenter of Leonidas; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Ava, Preslie, Mavric, Maesa, Travis, Novaleigh, Dalyn, Sandra, Abram, Dakoda, Aubrie and Walker; and her sister Sandra Lineberry of Florida. She is also survived by the grandchildren and great-grandchildren exhibit their 4-H animal.
