He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Bartow and Mary Bartow (Brunk). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Cummins); his children, Joseph Michilizzi (Freida) of Athens, Jessica Schuemann of Battle Creek and Christopher Bartow of Battle Creek; his grandchildren, Tyler Spoor, Cody Schuemann, Lexie Schuemann, Reilly Schuemann, Luke Schuemann and Pine Schuemann; his great grandchildren, Princeton Schuemann, Lincoln Olcheske and Rexon Spoor; and his siblings, Dave Bartow (Becky), Steve Bartow (Cathy) and Marcie Ball (Andy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home (703 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
