He is survived by: his wife Penny Miller; his children, Hailey Rico (Shawn), Tanner Miller, Jerrod Hayes, Chad Hayes (Samantha) and Travis Hayes (Shea); his grandchildren, Brynn, Tyler, Keeli, Jadh, Haili, Camden, Corbin and Piper; and his sisters, Nancy Miller, Jane Harris (Berry) and Judy Atherton (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
