He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Edna (Gay); his wife Patricia (Donaldson); and his sister Betty Bentley-Mann. He is survived by: his children, Robert Faulk (Cindy), Rodney Faulk (Sue), Brett Faulk (Naoma) and Trisha Faulk; and his siblings, Ted Faulk (June) and Darlene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan.
