She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Outman and Lena Outman (Griffin); her former husbands, Melvin Van Wormer and Eddie Hollis; her daughter Tammy Hanson; and her siblings, Ethel Camp, Judy Stevens, Donald Outman, Dortha Whitman and Carl Outman, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Debra Rohrer (James), Patricia Stemaly (Bill), Melvin Van Wormer (Tina), Crystal Smith, Carla Mckenna and Andrea Johnson; and her brother Robert Outman (Virginia). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
