He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Ronald Collins and Lisa Collins (Van DeWater); his parents, Ronald Collins and Lisa Collins; his siblings, Robyn, Joseph, Bethany, Stephen, Scott, Jonathan, David (Christine), Chrissa, Janeka, Noah, Abraham, Jordan, Kaylie, Elyzabeth and Micah; his nieces and nephews, Treyvonne, Abrinna, Keagan, Tinley, Emmani and Vivian; his grandparents, Arlene Collins and George Van DeWater; his stepgrandfather Larry Czlapinski; and his close friends, Amy Schaub and Dianne Woloszyk.
