He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shelden; his siblings, Dave Muyskens (Elaine) of Hendersonville, TN and Marcia Gillespie of Hendersonville, TN; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Muyskens of Northeast, MD and Richard Shelden (Margaret) of Two Rivers, WI; his nieces and nephews, Steven Muyskens of Delaware, Mark Muyskens (Samantha) of Hendersonville, TN, Cary O'Brien of Knoxville, TN, Jennifer Sedam (Michael) of Holland, PA, Ian Caiozzi (Neha) of Denver, CO and Marcelo Caiozzi (Carlli) of Castle Rock, CO; and his pets, Boomer and Chase.
