Frantz; her husband James Starnes; her son Randy Frantz; her grandson Robert Frantz; and her siblings, Anna Mae Johnson, Clara Bell Johnson, Martha Swisher, Virginia Johnson and Gerald Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Frantz (Janet), James Frantz (Judy), Jerry Frantz (Ilka) and Rex Frantz; and her siblings, Donna Cartwright, Charlie Johnson (Grace), Harold Johnson (Mary), John Johnson and Mark Johnson (Wanda). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
