She is survived by: her sister Frances Slavik of Ashley, MI; her nieces and nephews, Tammy Slavik of Perry, MI, Michael Slavik of Ashley, MI, Roger and Cheri Slavik of Ashley, MI; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie, Michael Reynolds of Tampa, FL, Natalie, Travis Norkowski of Perry, MI, Jessie, Kurtis Houston of Elsie, MI, Brandon, Katelyn Slavik of Ashley, MI, Devin and Kelsey Slavik of Ashley, MI.; and also, Graham and Remington.
