It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Melvin (Ashley, Michigan), born in Carson City, Michigan, who passed away on November 25, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Melvin and Agnes Melvin (Edmonds).

Memorials may be made to Gratiot County Juvenile Office, 214 E. Center Street, P.O. Box 217, Ithaca, MI to benefit court programming for youth.
