He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Kathi Sali (Jim), Mike Burlingame (Lynne) and Karin Harbin (Tim); his grandchildren, Jason, Jaymes, Jessica, Jacob Sali, Mitchell, Nicholas, Alexa Burlingame, Jacquelyn, Elizabeth, Christina and Marilyn Harbin; and his sister Marie Goodhall.
