He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Bertha Anna Poff (Light); and his siblings, Sarah, Violet, Helen, Ruth and Harry Jr.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Poff of Ashley, MI; his children, Cynthia Butler of Madison, NC, Douglas Poff, Nancy Poff of St. Johns, MI, Mark Poff and Tammy Poff of Tucson, AZ.; and his grandchildren, David, Erin, Danny, Abbey, Matt, Monica, Nick, Vanessa, Casey, Karolynn, Joey, Kristie Poff, Jenny Pruett, Brad Pruett and Ashley Milhizer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Sarah, Violet, Helen, and Ruth, brother: Harry Jr and son-in-law Shirley Butler In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Davita Dialysis Center, Alma, MI or to Carson City Hospital.
