She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald N. Cook and Mildred I. Cook (Showers); her husband Delbert; and her brother-in-law Richard Crumbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ray, Carolyn Crumbaugh of Stanton, Mark Alan, Brenda Crumbaugh of Ashley, Scott Wayne, Amy Crumbaugh of Ithaca, LuAnn Diffin, Kim Diffin of Ashley, Wade Aaron and Heather Crumbaugh of Fort Mill, SC; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Crumbaugh of Ashley. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ashley United Methodist Church or American Cancer Society.
