He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mills and Norma Mills; his son Josh; his mother-in-law Phyllis; and his brother John.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Mae Foster; his sons, Chad (Tom) and Clay (Laura); his grandchildren, Avery, Emily, Christopher and Jordan of Ashley, MI; his siblings, Rodney (Linda) of Centreville, MI, Ron (Vicki) of Milford, MI and Cynthia (Rod) of Elsie, MI; his father-in-law Duane Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Debra (Kevin), Michael, Diane (Don) and Kelly (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Homes (1333 E Center St, Ithaca, MI 48847). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Hamilton Township Cemetery.
