He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Bornemann and Viola Bornemann (Grosser); his daughter Shawna Gruca; and his sister-in-law Peggy Bornemann. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his daughters, Melissa Osborn (Reggie) of Howell and Kristin McCammon (Jason) of Grand Ledge; his son-in-law John Gruca of Highland; his grandchildren, Carley, Jacklynn, Ashley Gruca, Ava, Alex, Gabe, Victoria Osborn, Jaydin, Bryce, Anabelle and Levi McCammon; and his siblings, Jerry Bornemann (Sally Passwaters), Allen Bornemann (Kay), Gail Holder (Craig) and Rodney Bornemann. He is also survived by 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and 11 grandchildren.
