He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Smolen and Mary Smolen; his daughter Susan Smolen; and his sister Rita Marston. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Hull; his daughters, Linda Los (John), Nancy Garris, Dawn Waterman (Scott) and Rhonda Campbell (Matthew); his grandchildren, Jennifer Shelton (Cory), Jason Lenk (Jeannie), Kendall Garris, Kyle Garris, Noah Campbell, Logan Campbell and Madison Campbell; his great grandchildren, Caleigh, Paige, Samantha, Gavin and Aiden; and his sister Roberta Newton (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
