She was predeceased by: her husband Reginald Holm; her daughter Kristen Forsythe; her stepson Greg Holm; her grandson Paul Cryderman; and her sister Madeline Beaudry.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Cryderman (Alan Wylin) and Philip Holm (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Blake Cryderman (Elizabeth), Brett, Kenny Holm, Kathy Leibert (Seth), Christian, Connor Holm and Alexi Forsythe; her sister-in-law Joan Bartlett; and her son-in-law Steven Forsythe. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and her many treasured friends.
