He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kelley and Doris "Dobbie" Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Lugo; his sons, Cody Kelley and Alex Kelley (Catelyn); his granddaughter Layla Kelley; and his sisters, Pegge Schiefen and Colleen Kelley (Dave Bieganowski). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
