He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence LePage, Alfred and Karen Kogelman; and his great-grandparent Shirley Kogelman (Delores Systermann). He is survived by: his parents, Tim LePage (Wanda) of Romeo and Shawna Kogelman of Memphis; his son Rhys (Rhys); his pets, Dozer and Glock; his sister Breanna LePage (Chelsea LePage) of Memphis; and also Brandi Lewis.

Memorial donations may be made to Rhys LePage's College Fund.
