With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Catherine Horn (Armada, Michigan), born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold King and Harriet King (Hill); her siblings, Robert King, Helen Brown, James King and Harley King; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley King and Isabell King.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Kristen), Kurt and Michael; her grandchildren, Chloe Horn and Ashton Horn; her brother Ernest King; and her brother-in-law Robert Brown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Armada Methodist Church (23200 E Main St, Armada, MI 48005). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Armada Methodist Church.
