He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wojnowski, and Angeline Wojnowski, Sr.; his wife Dorothy; his son Bernard Wojnowski; and his sisters, Delphine Schultz (Edward) and Geraldine Miller (Melvin).

He is survived by: his children, Karen Madden, Lawrence Wojnowski (Pamela), David Wojnowski and Jacqueline Chace (Donald); and his grandchildren, Carrie Opatich (Steve), Samuel Madden (Traci), Jeremy Madden (Danielle), April Wojnowski, Christina Young (Mike), David Andrew Wojnowski, Matt Wojnowski, Gage Wojnowski, Stephanie Chace, Hayden Chace, Garrett Chace, Elizabeth Wojnowski and Dorothy Wojnowski.

Memorial contributions in Bernard's memory may be directed to the Macomb County Ritual Team, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Capuchins.
