He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Hernandez and Maria DeLaLuz Hernandez (Souja); and his brother David Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Hernandez of Applegate; his children, D. J. and Sophia Hernandez; his grandchildren, Ariana, Mario, Gabriella and David; his great grandchildren, Sofia, Anya and Delilah; and his siblings, Jose Hernandez, Salvador Hernandez (Sara), Ricardo Hernandez, Delia Hernandez and Gloria Hernandez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
