He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hayward and Beverly Hayward (Davis); and his brother Gary Hayward. He is survived by: his children, Christina Hayward (Tim Williams) and Randy Lee Hayward (Betty Wagner); his grandchild Taylor Marie Williams; his sisters, Donna Marion and Rozann Geno; his nieces, Tania, Trina and Misha; his nephew Michael; his sister-in-law Lisa Hayward; and his pet Jose.

Memorial contributions may be made to Project Blessing or Humane Society No-Kill Shelter out of Carsonville, MI.
