She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Molesworth (Pat) and Norma Molesworth (Alexander). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Orchard; her children, Pamela Ainsworth (Tim), Steve Orchard (Connie) and Sheila Lambson (Rick); and her siblings, Audrey Warner (Jerry), Dick Molesworth and Lynn Molesworth (Darlene). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Memorials in memory of Patty may be made to the Countryside Free Methodist Church or to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
