She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Johnston and Dorothy Johnston (Massman); and her husband Wayne E. Lentz. She is survived by: her children, Renay Yennor (Brian) of Port Huron and Craig Lentz (Sara) of Romeo; her brothers, Jeff Johnston (Kelly) of Lexington and Kevin Johnston (Janice) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Megan, Nick and Jadyn.
Memorials may be made to the Applegate Methodist Church or Blue Water Hospice.
