He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clark and Iris Clark (Mumford); his wife Hazel Ruth Tindell; and his son Jim Clark. He is survived by: his children, Marcia Carson (DeWitt) of Applegate and Robert Clark of Applegate; and his siblings, Alexander Clark (Katherine), Donald Clark (Shirley), Donella Kemp (Harvey) and Elaine Gann.
