She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Massman and Ina Massman (Stevenson); her son-in-law Wayne Lentz; and her brothers, Sterling Massman, Wallace Massman, Jr. and Robert Massman.
She is survived by: her children, Laraine Lentz of Applegate, Jeff Johnston (Kelly) of Lexington and Kevin Johnston (Janice) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Craig Lentz (Sara), Renay Yennor (Brian), Steven Johnston (Jessica), Shawn Johnston (Marissa), Wesley Johnston (Lisa), Brooke Johnston, Craig Hammond (Ashely), Samantha Sheldon (Dustin), Kody Renfroe (Heather), Kyrie Hernandez (Chris) and Cheyenne Barrett (Cameron); and her great grandchildren, Megan, Nick, Jadyn, Braden, Stevie, Leilla, Kylee, Liam, Adalynn, Madison, Cole, Hunter, Blake, Tessa, Avery, Finley and Rae.
