He was predeceased by: his parents, Corwin Junior and Clarice Tubbs (Parker); his sister Sue Olds; and his nephew Daniel Tubbs. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Diem; his stepson Jeremy Emerson (Tonya); his grandchildren, Kelsey and Landon Emerson; his brother Jack Tubbs (Elizabeth); his father-in-law Robert Diem (Ann); his siblings-in-law, Patty Wilkinson (Allen), Donald Diem (Christine) and Robert Olds; and his daughter Bella. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
