He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Spencer; his daughter Margi Logan; his parents, William and Dorothy; and his sister Gertrude.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Spencer, Jr. and Elizabeth Gava; his children-in-law, Scott Logan and Anastasia Spencer; his grandchildren, Sean Logan, Matt Logan, Megan Gava, Sara Gava, Katya Spencer and Ryan Spencer; and his close friend Gary Morgan.
