He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hurst and Mary Hurst (Whalen); and his siblings, Danny, Ellen, Nellie, Pat and Julie.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Hurst Jr. (Terri), Jordan Mark Hurst, Mark Uranga (Lori), John Uranga (Lorie), James Uranga and Susan Kimbrell (John); and his brother Paul Hurst (Sandy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arbor Hospice.
