He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Allen and Zelma Louise Duncan (Wilkins). He is survived by: his wife Sheri Lee Duncan (Perry) of Ann Arbor, MI; and his sisters, Marcella Kinsey (Craig) of Ypsilanti, MI, Carleen Duncan of Clearwater and Beverly Wilson (John) of Belleville, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #46 and would be appreciated.
