He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Verhey and Catherine Verhey; and his brothers, Ronald, Carl and Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Beth Verhey (Dan Toole), Kristen Verhey (Seth Sadis), Karen Verhey and Ann Verhey-Henke (Ryan Verhey-Henke); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Katrina Sadis, Linnea and Tys Verhey-Henke.
