He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Stout; his son Brian Stout; his granddaughter Michelle Frederick; his parent Rev. Lynn Stout; and his siblings, Wenona Barnett (Bill), William Stout, John Stout (Marguerite) and Mary Maxey (Stout).
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Langlois (Walter), David Stout (Connie) and Justin Bradley (Lacey); his grandchildren, Michael Cooley, Tisha Essex (Chris), Jay Frederick, Zachary Stout, Anna Langlois and Jackson Bradley; his great grandchildren, Jacob, McKenzie Frederick, Alyssa, Kaylynn Cooley, Logan, Oliver and Penelope Essex; and his sister-in-law Mary Stout. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.
