He is survived by: his children, Sandra Squires (Victor) of Northville and Mark Peters (Kris) of Ann Arbor; his siblings, Glen Peters (Marjorie) of Florida and Ruthann Williams (Fred) of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Minnier (Todd), Katherine To (Samon), Megan Anderson (Erik), Ben Peters (Lindsay), Becky Lanfear (Chris), Thad London, Ted London and Ty Peters.
