He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Barbara; his wife Mary Jeanine; and his siblings, Barbara Bohne and Hanna Eck.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Robertson (late Mark), Sally Leahy (Michael) and Mary Finkel (David); his grandchildren, Michael Finkel (Kelsey), Sarah Robertson and Ashley Robertson; and his children, Cameron Finkel and Logan Finkel. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Liberty Road Chapel (3767 W Liberty Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (530 Elizabeth St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104).
