It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hamilton Sands (Ann Arbor, Michigan), born in San Diego, California, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Sands and Lora E. Sands; and his wife Emma A. Sands. He is survived by: his children, Robert M. Sands (Rhonda) of Townsend, GA, Dr. Christine E. Sands (Paul Milley) and Karen Sands Tinucci of Ridgefield, WA.
