He is survived by: his former wife Debra Ann Wolfe; his children, Dawn Michelle Mitchell, Raymond Louis Mitchell, Jr. (Christine) and Amy Marie Sleet; his brother Robert Mitchell (Nancy); and his nieces, Susan and Becky. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, one great grandchild.
