He was predeceased by: his parents, Chaja Klara Mencel Koppelmann (Toporowce) and Galicia; his niece Edith Hellreich Goldman; and his wife Chava Blodek Kopelman. He is survived by: his granddaughter Orion Kopelman; his children, Leeron Kopelman and Shirli Kopelman; his grandchildren, Talia Kopelman and Yasmin Kopelman; and his nephews, Manfred Brod, Ernie Brod and Dr. Alfred Hellreich.
