He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGill and Armissie McGill (Howze); his wife Elizabeth McGill; his sons, Ronald Benard McGill and James Al Coleman; and his granddaughters, Kathy Diane Holbrook (Felix) and Cheryl Lynette McGill.
He is survived by: his son Percy. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Carpenter Road Chapel (2400 Carpenter Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48108). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
