She is survived by: her children, Jack W. Hentz II (Cindy) of Rosenberg, Texas and Karen Sue Packard (David) of Merrimack; her sister Lucy Kuligowski; her grandchildren, Christopher, Sandra, Sarah and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Evelyn, Samantha and Logan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
