He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane and Walter Terrance Kolar; his wife Marsha Courtley; and his stepson David. He is survived by: his stepson Curtis; his grandson Diante; his great grandchild Billie; and his siblings-in-law, Carole, Patricia Kolar, John (Michael) and Jeffery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
