He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Omar Simon and Letha Simon (Winters); his wife Flora Van Schoten; his children, T. Rick (Kim) of Tybee Island, GA and Cathy of Highlands Ranch, CO; his daughter-in-law Mary of Dexter, MI; his grandchildren, Lindsey (Scott), Daniel (Karly), Kelly (Justin), Ian, Quinn (Sam), Kate (Nathan), Troy (Claire) and Justin (Paola); his son Dale; and his grandson Ricky. He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
