Marilouise Smith-Mays passed peacefully away in Ann Arbor, MI She was predeceased by her husband, William Mays, Jr., parents Raymond and Annie Mae Smith and four siblings. Marilouise is survived by her daughters, Elisabeth Ann Mays-Kimmel of Ann Arbor, MI and Adrienne Michelle Mays Moutassim of Atlanta, GA and her much loved granddaughters, Yasmeen and Kamar Moutassim. Three loving sisters and two brothers survive her. She was well-loved and will be missed. Marilouise will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Those who would like to pay their respects, are welcome to attend the Memorial Service at Trinity AME Church, Lansing MI July 15, 2023. Immediately prior to the memorial, members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will hold the Omega Omega Service in her honor.
